App: Kaize Draft Uploader
Operator: Kaize (individually owned shop, Vietnam)
Contact: admin@phongqa.xyz
Effective date: October 25, 2026

1. Purpose of the app

Kaize Draft Uploader is an internal tool used only by the Kaize shop. It sends short product videos prepared on our own server to our own TikTok account as drafts, using the TikTok Content Posting API. The app is not offered to the public or to other TikTok users.

2. Data we receive from TikTok

• Basic account information of the TikTok account that authorizes the app (open_id, display name, avatar), via the user.info.basic scope, used only to confirm the correct account is connected.
• Access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok, used only to upload videos to that account's drafts via the video.upload scope.
• Upload/publish status returned by TikTok for videos we sent.

3. How we use the data

Data is used solely to deliver our own videos to our own TikTok inbox as drafts and to keep an internal log of upload results. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, analytics resale, or any other purpose.

4. Storage and security

Tokens and logs are stored in a private database on our own server, accessible only to the shop owner. Video files are hosted temporarily on media.phongqa.xyz so TikTok can retrieve them, and are deleted after upload.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any TikTok user data with third parties.

6. Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept only while the app is authorized. You can revoke access at any time in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services). To request deletion of any stored data, email admin@phongqa.xyz; we will delete it within 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
